5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brandedwear14@gmail.com to request a return/exchange.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds will only be processed if the returned item meets our conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
